Dr. Marzia Lugli is a vascular surgeon with deep roots in Modena, Italy, and a strong international outlook. After earning her medical degree at the University of Modena, she has continued to combine clinical excellence with a passion for medical education.
Today, she serves as Co-Head of the Vascular Surgery Unit at Hesperia Hospital in Modena, Italy. She also shares her expertise with the next generation of specialists as Professor of Venous Endovascular Surgery at DUTEV Université Sorbonne – Pierre Marie Curie - in Paris and at the Vascular Surgery Post-graduate School Alma Mater Studiorum University in Bologna.
As Director of Competency in Phlebology and tutor of long-standing programs such as the EVF HOW PLUS Courses Marzia Lugli has helped shape not only the careers of young professionals, but also a culture of collaboration, precision, and continuous improvement in venous care.
